flangiatura dei tubi CSST, Eurotis mette a di-

sposizione dell’installatore diverse tipologie di attrezzature

Brevettato Eurotis, ADAPTOR è uno strumento di

flangia-

tura semi-automatica che garantisce installazioni rapide e

sicure. È disponibile nelle versioni miniADAPTOR S o L Typ

e

(DN 10–25) per pressatrici “mini”, ADAPTOR (DN 10–25) e

XL ADAPTOR (DN 32–50) per macchine pressatrici stan-

dard da 32 kN

.

Per realizzare la flangia, indipendentemente dall’at-

In the plumbing and heating sector, the Eurotis flanging sys-

tem is a well-established solution for connecting PLT-CSST

tubes. The mechanical seal between the tube and the fitting

is achieved by compressing the last two corrugations of th

e

tube: this process creates a flat joint called a flange. The high

strength of the flange created on the Eurotis PLT-CSST tube is

guaranteed by the tube thickness of 0.30 mm.

The Eurotis system has been designed for pipes of differ-

ent diameters, from DN 10 to DN 50, in order to meet differ

-

ent installation requirements.

Eurotis provides installers with various types of equipment fo

r

flanging PLT-CSST pipes: manual, semi-automatic and auto

-

matic.

Patented by Eurotis, ADAPTOR is a semi-automatic flanging

tool that guarantees quick and safe installations. It is availabl

e

in miniADAPTOR S or L Type (DN 10–25) versions for ‘mini

’

presses, ADAPTOR (DN 10–25) and XL ADAPTOR (DN 32

–

50) for standard 32 kN pressing machine.

To create the flange, regardless of the Eurotis equipment used,

the appropriate templates for the different diameters must b

e

used.

Hydraulic sealing is guaranteed by different types of flat gas-

kets — Klingersil, AFM, Centellen, EPDM and graphite for water

and solar, and NBR for gas. In addition, the system nuts are de-

signed with a special seat that optimises sealing.
