Leak detection kit with AZOIDRO (N -H )

It enables to detect and locate leaks in HVAC system in compliance with Regulation (EC) n.1516/2007.

The pressure reducer and the control pressure gauge in class 1 enable to pressurize the system to the necessary

value with the AZOIDRO mixture; the system can then be checked by means of the leak detector VOYAGER.

The new VOYAGER leak detector with heated diode makes this kit the total leak detection solution. In fact,

VOYAGER detects AZOIDRO mixture (N2-H2) and also all halogenated HFC, CFC, HCFC refrigerants and their

mixtures and HC hydrocarbons (such as R290-R600a).

Kit includes:

•PressureregulatorserieAZ200-50 withdualintegratedconnectionforcartridgesandbottles.

• Control gauge Ø80, class 1 with positioning indicator and calibration screw.

• Flexible hose 1/4” SAE, 1500 mm + 200 mm.

• Swivel adapter RG180/5-4 (5/16” SAE F x 1/4” SAE M).

• AZOIDRO cartridge 1 l - 110 bar.

• VOYAGER leak detector.

• Sturdy plastic carrying case.

ARTICLE 8 - Repair of leakage

1. The operator shall ensure that the repair is carried out by personnel certified to undertake that specific activity.

Prior to repair, a pump-down or recovery shall be carried out, where necessary.

2. The operator shall ensure that a leakage test with Oxygen Free Nitrogen (OFN) or another suitable pressure

testing and drying gas is carried out where necessary, followed by evacuation, recharge and leakage test. Prior to

pressure testing with Oxygen Free Nitrogen (OFN) or another suitable pressure testing gas, fluorinated greenhouse

gases shall be recovered from the whole application where necessary.

AZOIDRO (N2-H2) CARTRIDGES AND CYLINDERS

Bottle containing 95% Nitrogen and 5% Hydrogen which allows to pressurize the system and then to find the

leak source by means of VOYAGER leak detectors.
