The RL serie reference leak allows to check the efficiency of your leak detector at regular
intervals even during a leak detection operation.
This helps to identify quickly any problems to the sensor or the batteries that could affect the
performances of the instrument.
When the refrigerant leak is connected to a R134a or R410A refrigerant cylinder, it produces a 5g/
year leakage. If the leak detector “sniffs” the leakage, then it is considered suitable for use.
The RL serie reference leak does not allow to issue calibration reports and/or certificates and is
not certifiable itself.

For use with R134a, R410A and R32
A Connect the reference leak to the cylinder
valve (closed). Bring the leak detector sensor
near to the white positioner.
For use with AZOIDRO
B Open the cylinder valve.
C If the performances of the leak detector
are OK (5g/year), the instrument will
answer within a few seconds.
Connect to an Azoidro catridge through a pressure regulator calibrated at 9 bar.
