RECOVERY-RECYCLING UNIT
NEW DIGITAL DISPLAY
Large, intuitive heavy-duty digital display that supports the user in the recovery and
recycling phases guiding him as well with the discharge procedure of oil/impurities/dye.
The recycling unit automatically stops the operation and signals by means of the “oil”
indicator light that it is necessary to discharge oil/impurities/dyes separately from the
refrigerant; it then re-start the operation and completes the recovery and recycling.
BUILT-IN DISTILLATION DEVICE
The Recovery and Recycling unit EASYREC-3R becomes unique and unrivalled if you
consider that there is a built-in DISTILLATION DEVICE WITH FLOW CHECK which:
• allows RECYCLING with the efficient separation of oil/impurities/dyes.
• OPTIMIZES the compressor’s OPERATING conditions by providing it with saturated
steam in suction and freeing the operator from the burden of reducing the flow.
SIMPLICITY AND FLEXIBILITY
With EASYREC-3R, everything is at hand, simple and intuitive. Thanks to the “Working
mode” knobs situated on the rear panel, it is possible to decide whether to operate
ONLY the RECOVERY, in case the refrigerant must be disused, or to operate RECOVERY
and RECYCLING aimed at purifying and then reusing the refrigerant. In this case pollu-
tants will be separated and discharged simply through the dedicated valve.
