Il consiglio

è quello di sciacquare il piatto doccia con

abbondante acqua corrente ed asciugarlo con un panno

morbido di cotone o micro

fibra. Per una pulizia periodica

ù approfondita è consigliato l’uso esclusivamente

di prodotti neutri a cui deve seguire un risciacquo per

l’eliminazione completa dei prodotti ed una asciugatura

spugne ruvide e abrasive, pagliette metalliche e contatti

con ammoniaca, alcool, acetoni, diluenti, solventi organici

e prodotti anticalcare.

Cosa devo utilizzare per pulire il piatto doccia?

Per la pulizia utilizzare panni in cotone sof

fice e detergenti

neutri, meglio se liquidi. Non utilizzare panni o spugne

abrasivi, ammoniaca, alcool, acetoni, diluenti, solventi

organici eccetera. Dopo la pulizia sciacquare bene con

abbondante acqua per eliminare ogni residuo. Dopo

ogni utilizzo sciacquare i piatti con acqua corrente ed

asciugare con un panno morbido.

Posso riparare una “sbeccatura” sul piatto doccia?

Per i piccoli incidenti domestici che possono causare

sbeccature su prodotti in Arock®, abbiamo creato uno

speciale Kit di Ritocco disponibile in tutti i colori della

gamma. Seguendo le poche e semplici istruzioni d’uso, il

danno verr

à ripristinato in un tempo brevissimo.

Come elimino il calcare dal piatto doccia ?

Per eliminare alla radice il problema del calcare sarebbe

bene dotarsi di un addolcitore. Nel caso in cui questo

non sia possibile, possono essere utilizzati prodotti in

commercio lasciandoli agire per tempi brevi e testando

prima dell’uso la loro aggressività su una piccola zona

nascosta.

È sempre possibile eliminare il calcare con

un panno imbevuto di aceto bianco caldo, passato sulla

zona da pulire.

Il deflusso dell’acqua sulla super

ficie non è regolare, cosa

devo fare?

Nelle fasi produttive vengono utilizzate delle speciali cere

che fungono da protezione del gelcoat durante l’estrazione

dello stampo. Nonostante la pulizia con getti d’acqua a

pressione, queste cere possono dare luogo a fenomeni di

“rallentamento” del deflusso. Sciacquando il piatto con il

sapone, dopo qualche normale utilizzo questo fenomeno

scomparirà.

for humans, pets, and the environment. The shower tray

surface is CATAS certified, so it does not concern the

vulnerability to the abrasion and the high non-slip capacity.

We suggest to clean the shower tray with a lot of running

water and dry it with a soft wipe (cotton or microfiber).

For a periodical cleaning, we suggest to use neutral

products and rinse them with water and dry the

material with a soft wipe. Avoid using rough and

abrasive

sponges,

steel

wool,

and

bleach,

alcohol, acetone, diluents, solvents, and antiscale

products.

For the disposal, it is sufficient to follow the local normatives

about recycling (CER doce 010413).

What do I need to use to clean the shower tray?

For the cleaning it is suggested to use soft wipes in cotton

and neutral liquid detergents. Do not use abrasive wipes

or sponges, bleach, alcohol, acetones, diluents, solvents,

etc. After the cleaning it is necessary to rinse thoroughly

with water to eliminate any residue. After each use rinse

the material with running water and dry it with a soft wipe.

Can I fix a “little chip” on the shower tray?

For little issues that can create chipping on products

in Arock®, we have created a special Touch-up Kit,

which is available in different colors. By following the

few and simple indications, the little chip will be fixed.

How do I eliminate the limestone from the shower tray?

To eliminate this issue from the very beginning, it is suggested

to get a softener. In case it is not possible, you can use

common products. It is suggested to test those products on

a small and hidden area of the shower tray to check their effect

on the material. In addition, it is always possible to eliminate

the limestone with a wipe soaked in warm white vinegar.

The water outflow on the surface is not regular, what should

I do?

During the production phase we use special waxes that

protect the gelcoat during the extraction of the mould.

Despite the cleaning with strong water jets, those waxes

create a slowdown phenomenon on the water outflow.

Rinsing the shower tray with the soap, after a couple of

normal uses of the product this phenomena will desappear.
