tions in this section, despite being made for greater affordability, do not imply

compromise in terms of rigour, captivating forms, efficiency or the use of cut-

ting - edge technology. ‘LAB’, the term chosen to identify them, references ex-

perimentation and innovation existing in the company since almost a century.

Ability to think critically, to design ‘simplicity’ while never straying into the com-

monplace, functionality and sustainability are the values that guided the crea-

tors of LAB: products meant to be affordable without sacrificing aesthetics.

cionalidad. A pesar de caracterizarse por su enfoque democrático, las colec-

ciones recogidas en este sección no aceptan compromisos en lo que respecta

al rigor y la belleza de las formas y a la eficiencia y la actualidad de las tecno-

logías. El término elegido para identificarle y agruparle , «LAB», evoca el tema

de la experimentación y la innovación, presentes en la empresa desde casi un

siglo. Capacidad de síntesis, habilidad para ofrecer un diseño «simple» distan-

te siempre de lo «banal», funcionalidad y sostenibilidad son los valores que han

guiado los autores de LAB: una producción más accesible no significa renun-
