OLI
flex S.P. inox nero pellet, in acciaio inox AISI 316
,
,
la verniciatura è realizzata con resina epossidica
termoindurente resistente a temperature fino a 250°C.
i
i 250°C. Nella norma UNI 10683 che contempla anch
e
l
test dell’incendio delle fuliggini (G) come avviene in altr
i
Stati europei. Per questo motivo, in caso di incendi
o
(frequente su stufe a legna/pellet) è necessario smontar
e
e
o
l’installazione dei sistemi a singola parete all’esterno
e
o in ambienti chiusi.
Tutti i sistemi fumari appartengono alla categoria de
i
secondo CPR 305/2011.
I sistemi a singola parete in acciaio inox sono marcat
i
i
)
ed all’acqua piovana, prove meccaniche di trazione
e
compressione ed al vento.
OLIflex S.P. inox nero pellet, stainless steel AISI 316, is
designed to be installed with pellets stoves
.
The external finish is elegant and fits with many places,
the coating is made with thermosetting epoxy resin
resistant to temperatures up to 250°C. We recommend
not to install the product on generators where the flue
can exceed the previously declared temperature
.
OLIflex S.P. inox nero pellet single-wall syste
m
can be installed with any type of fuel, under bot
h
positive and negative pressure provided the
temperature doesn’t exceed the 250°C. In the UNI
10683 standard, which regulates also the pelle
t
combustion, for strictly commercial reasons, it
was decided not to introduce mandatory testing
of
fire soot (G) as in other European countries
.
For this reason, in case of fire (frequent for wood
stoves/pellet) it is necessary to disassemble the entir
e
flue system and replace all gaskets that allow the seal i
n
positive pressure by reassembling the whole, replacing
any damaged element (it is a very complicated operation
because the removal of the seals burned is almost
impossible). Thanks to our patented system, in the event
of soot burning, it is not necessary to replace the seals
because they are not present; the mechanical junction
system allows, in addition to the sealing pressure, the
thermal expansion of the entire chimney as a functio
n
of temperature and the consequent shrinkage during
cooling.
The UNI and EN standards on chimneys do not allo
w
the installation of single-wall systems outside the
building but only inside central heating systems and i
n
closed areas.
All flue systems belong to the Construction Products
category and must display the CE mark in complianc
e
with CPR 305/2011
.
The single-wall systems in stainless steel are C
E
marked in compliance with the European Standard
UNI EN 1856/2 whereas the double-wall chimney
systems with insulation are CE marked in compliance
with UNI EN 1856/1. The connection pipes and flue
pipes must also be CE marked.
To be CE marked the chimneys/flue pipes/conduit
pipes must undergo some very rigorous tests, suc
h
as: corrosion resistance, (V1 - V2 - V3) pressure
,
(N1 - P1 - H1) heat tests to determine the maximu
m
working temperature, (T200 - T600) soot fire resistance
,
(G - O) and minimum distance to combustible material
(xxx), which is indicated by the producer for double-
wall systems. The other tests to be carried out are the
following: condensation resistance (W) and resistance
to rainwater, mechanical tensile and compression tests
and wind tests.
