SolarPRESS system
La tenuta della giunzione (tubo/raccordo) è garantita da 2 punti di pressatura
:
•
il 1° punto deforma l’ingresso del raccordo dove è presente un “dente” che, ad avvenuta pressatu-
ra, blocca il tubo inserendosi nella gola della corrugazione impedendone lo sfilamento;
•
il 2° punto di pressatura deforma la guarnizione, permettendone la penetrazione all’interno delle
corrugazioni del tubo CSST e garantendo una tenuta idraulica sicura e duratura
.
I raccordi premontati del SolarPRESS System sono realizzati in ottone, con all’interno una guarnizio-
ne nera in EPDM PEROX idonea al trasporto di acqua potabile e resistente fino a temperature ope
-
rative continue di 150°. La pressatura della giunzione tubo-raccordo è eseguita dai tecnici Eurotis.
Inoltre, i raccordi a pressare ePRESS hanno superato accurati test, come i cicli termici per impianti ad
alte temperature (da 20° a 150°, pressione 30 bar, durata 10.000 cicli).
The mechanical tightness consists of two pressing points:
•
the 1st point deforms the entry of the
fitting where there is a “tooth” which, after pressing, block
s
the tube inserting itself between twocorrugation thus preventing the tube from slipping out;
•
the 2nd point deforms the gasket, allowing it to penetrate into the corrugations of the PLTCSS
T
tube and ensuring a secure and lasting seal.
The pre-mounted ePRESS
fittings are made of brass, with EPDM PEROX gasket suitable for trans-
porting drinking water and resistant up to 150 ° continuous operating temperatures. The tube-fitting
joint is pressed by Eurotis. Moreover, ePRESS fittings have passed careful tests, such as thermal cy
-
cles for high-temperature systems (from 20° to 150°, pressure 30 bar, duration 10,000 cycles).
