10. USE OF THE PRODUCT AND EXCLUSION OF RE

It is excluded any reponsability of Eurotis SRL even for pos-

sible damages claimed by third parties, for the use that the

customer does of the sold goods when this happens with-

out the respect of the related assembly system, of the indi-

cated components and of the directives of technical spec

fications given by Eurotis SRL and also of the internationa

l

and national normatives. In particular, the customer guar-

antees that all the information given by Eurotis SRL about

the correct use of the products in the area of the “system

/

kit” that they are part of, as also per the european standar

d

EN 15266/2007 (and its following possible modi

fications)

and per any other standard applicable to the same prod-

ucts, will arrive clear and understandable to the

final user

(installer - user). The possible costs of translation in the

adopted languages in the territories of use of the product

s

of Eurotis SRL that might be necessary afford are at th

e

customer own expenses. It is excluded any responsibility o

f

Eurotis SRL for the missed respect of this commitment o

f

guarantee from the customer.

11. FORCE MAJEURE

Eurotis SRL will have, in any case, the faculty of resolutio

n

of the contract for force majeure causes and in general for

physical or political events, strikes, accidents of biological

,

phisical or chemical nature beyond Eurotis SRL control.

12. JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE REGULATIO

N

Any controversy may arise between the parties in the inte-
