La dichiarazione di conformità:
Il “Decreto Legge 37/2008”, recante il riordino delle disposizioni
in materia di attività di installazione degli impianti all’interno de-
gli edi�ci regolamenta anche la “Dichiarazione di Conformità”
per gli Impianti Antincendio.
Deve essere rilasciata per ogni tipo di impianto, anche se non è
previsto l’obbligo del progetto. Nel dettaglio il decreto legge si
applica agli Impianti antincendio: “Articolo 1 lettera g”.
Viene de�nito cosa si intende per impianto antincendio:“Articolo
2 lettera h”. All’”Articolo 5 comma 3” si stabilisce che i pro-
getti degli impianti devono essere elaborati secondo la “Regola
dell’Arte” e che devono fare riferimento alle normative tecniche
vigenti e alle lineee guida redatte dagli enti Nazionali quali UNI e
CEI o di altri Enti di Normazione appartenenti agli Stati membri
dell’Unione Europea o di altri Stati con i quali abbiamo condivi-
so accordi economici. Deve essere redatta secondo il facsimile
indicato dal “DL 37/2008”.
Wilo a corredo dei propri sistemi di pressurizzazione idrica an-
tincendio, rilascia regolare dichiarazione di conformità, inserita
all’interno del manuale di uso e manutenzione in conformità:
� Direttiva Macchine 2006/42/CE
� Compatibilità elettromagnetica 2004/108/CE
� Bassa tensione 2006/95/CE
� La conformità alla principali norme armonizzate.
In�ne, la dichiarazione di confornità alle Norme UNI EN 12845.
