The aluminum profiles used for the shower cabins are extruded from

primary material and exclusive molds. The coating process involves

degreasing, electrostatic application of epoxy powders or polymeric

paints and oven curing to ensure resistance. Polishing and satin

finishing are obtained by brushing, while the fixing of the finish is don

by galvanic oxidation or electrocolouring treatments.

Vetro temperato

normativa UNI EN 12150-1. Il processo di tempera avviene inserendo i

vetro in forno a 640°C, per poi raffreddarlo rapidamente con aria fredda,

garantendo resistenza e sicurezza nel tempo.

Tempered glass

Shower cabins use exclusively tempered glass, in compliance with the

UNI EN 12150-1 standard. The tempering process involves heating

the glass in a furnace at 640°C, followed by rapid cooling with cold air,

ensuring long-lasting strength and safety.

Trattamento idrorepellente incluso

I cristalli presentano un trattamento idrorepellente nella superfici

e

interna della cabina doccia, ciò li rende resistenti ai graffi e li mantiene

brillanti. L’acqua scivola via facilmente e, con una rapida asciugatura, s

prevengono aloni e macchie. Per la pulizia, usare un panno morbido

evitare panni ruvidi per non danneggiare il trattamento.

Water-repellent treatment included

The crystals panels are treated with a hydrophobic coating on the

interior surface of the shower cabin, making them scratch-resistant and

maintaining their shine. Water slides off effortlessly, and a quick wipe

helps prevent streaks and stains. For cleaning, use a soft cloth and avoid

abrasive materials to protect the treatment.
