GUARANTEED QUALITY and WARRANTY

Prima di essere destinati alla vendita tutti i prodotti

TDA vengono sottoposti a controlli specifici per

garantire l’assoluta integrit

Le pareti doccia TDA rispondono agli standard

qualitativi e di sicurezza della normativa europea

vigente in materia EN 14428:2018 e sono marcati

con la sigla CE sugli imballi. Le versioni in lingua delle

differenti DoP (Declaration of Performances) possono

essere scaricate dal nostro sito web www.tda.it.

TDA garantisce i propri prodotti per 24 mesi a partire

dalla data di acquisto secondo le normative Europee

vigenti in materia. La garanzia TDA copre esclusivamente i

difetti di fabbricazione o di assemblaggio.

Eventuali difetti estetici o strutturali della parete doccia

vanno segnalati a TDA per iscritto, a mezzo email o fax,

corredati dal documento d’acquisto e da immagini

fotogra

fiche. Tutto ci

ò prima di procedere con il

montaggio della parete doccia, qualsiasi difetto segnalato

ad avvenuto montaggio non sarà risarcito.

TDA si impegna ad intervenire tempestivamente

nel garantire la riparazione o sostituzione degli elementi

riconosciuti difettosi. Non sono contemplate eventuali

richieste di indennizzo da parte dell’acquirente derivate

da disagi e costi aggiuntivi.

Sono esclusi dal servizio di garanzia TDA:

- danni imputabili al trasporto non segnalati per iscritto al

trasportatore al momento dello scarico

- rotture dei vetri causate dalla movimentazione manuale o

da impatti accidentali durante l’utilizzo

- danni causati da installazioni non eseguite secondo

le istruzioni di montaggio TDA

- danni arrecati da interventi di personale non competente

e non autorizzato

- difetti del prodotto dovuti alla normale usura oppure

a uso improprio da parte del fruitore

- difetti o malfunzionamenti riconducibili all’uso da parte

del fruitore di prodotti non idonei per la pulizia

- malfunzionamenti riconducibili a cause di forza maggiore

- manomissioni da parte dell’acquirente.

TDA declina ogni responsabilità per danni a persone,

animali e/o cose causati da errate installazioni e/o

regolazioni, dallo scorretto utilizzo o da mancate

manutenzioni periodiche e dalla mancata scrupolosa

osservanza della documentazione allegata al prodotto.

TDA garantisce la disponibilit

a 2 anni dall’uscita di produzione del codice prodotto

e successivamente fino a esaurimento delle scorte.

Before being able to place TDA’s products on the market for

sales to the customers, they are subject to specific quality

controls,

which

guarantee

their

integrity

and

conformity

to

required

standards.

TDA’s

shower

enclosures

respect

the

quality

and

safety

standards implemented by the European Normative

EN 14428:2018. In addition, they are marked by the

CE, visible on their packaging. On TDA’s website,

www.tda.it, it is possible to download copies of the

DoP (Declaration of Performances) in different languages.

In accordance with the current European Normative, TDA

provides warranty on their products for 24 months from

the purchasing date. TDA’s warranty covers exclusively the

defect issues that accrue during the manufacturing or

packaging of the products. Potential and external issues

related to the design and structure of the shower enclosure

need to be documented via email or fax to TDA with attached

pictures of the product and purchasing documents.

Please consider that TDA needs to receive this documen-

tation before the placement of the shower enclosures.

As a result, if anything is reported once the shower

enclosures are already installed, the reimbursement will

not be processed. TDA is very committed to solve any is-

sue in a timely manner to guarantee either the reparation

or replacement of the defective parts and items.

Potential requests of reimbursement caused by any

sort of inconvenience, additional costs, etc. will not be

considered eligible. As follow, a list of items excluded

from the services covered by TDA’s warranty:

– damages during the products’ shipment that has not

been reported on a written notice to the freight forwarder

at the moment of loading.

– glass’ breaking caused either by the manual movements

or accidental impacts during the product’s usage.

– damages caused by the inappropriate product’s

placement, which did not follow the correct TDA’s

instructions for installation.

– damages caused by unquali

fied and unauthorized personnel

– blemishes caused by the natural wear of the product

– blemishes or malfunctions caused by the inappropriate

use and cleanliness of the product by the user

– malfunctions caused by force majeure

– alterations by the buyer.

TDA rejects any responsibility of damages to people, animals,

and/or things caused either by wrong installations, the

incorrect use of regulations, or the inappropriate use of the

product. In addition, TDA is not responsible for damages

derived from the buyer’s negligence of implementing

periodical servicing and overlooking important information

and documentation related to the product.

TDA guarantees the availability of replacement parts for

2 years from the launch of the product code’s production

until the depletion of the stockpiles.
