I vetri utilizzati per le pareti doccia TDA sono

temprati e rispondenti alla normativa EN 14428:2018.

La tempra è un processo chimico-fisico che

prevede il riscaldamento del vetro oltre i 600°C

e il suo rapido raffreddamento per bloccare le

super

fici esterne in uno stato di compressione

e la parte interna in uno stato di tensione.

Terminata la tempra nessuna altra lavorazione come

taglio, foratura o molatura dei bordi è eseguibile.

in caso di rottura si dissolve in piccoli pezzi come

previsto dalla normativa citata. Per prevenire il

fastidioso accumulo di calcare sui vetri delle

pareti doccia, TDA propone Neverdrop® un prodotto

altamente performante a base di nanoparticelle.

The glasses utilized for the creation of TDA’s shower

enclosuresfollow the EN 14428:2018 Normative. The

hardening is a process of chemistry and physics that

requires the hating of the glass to reach 600°C and

aboveanditsrapidcoolingtolocktheexternalsurfaces

inacompressionstatusandtheinternalpartinastatus

of tightness. Once the hardening is done, it will be im-

possible to complete any other processing, such as cut-

ting, drilling, or side grinding. Toughened glass is consi-

dered safety glass because it dissolves into small pieces

in the event of breakage, as it is outlined in and required

by the Normative mentioned above. In order to prevent

the annoying accumulation of limestone on the glasses

of the shower enclosures, TDA proposes Neverdrop®,

a high-performance product made of nanoparticles.
